Models Own Fruit pastel collection review.

I recently tried out a brand that i have never tried before and that was models own. After seeing a few swatches of one of their new ranges I decided that I would go and check them out. When I was browsing their site I noticed they did a scented range, which I HAD to try out. This range is old, but I was interested in if they would actually have a scent when they are applied to the nails.
So here they are.

1. Coconut cream
This shade is an off white shade that is scented with coconut, This one was the one I was most excited about as I love the smell of coconut, but I was quite disappointed by the lack of smell on this one compared to the other scents that I purchased. However, it was nice that it wasn't a pure white, as I wanted something a little different!

2. Strawberry Tart
Any guesses what this smells like..... strawberries! I was really happy with the scent of this polish, once is had dried all I could smell was a sweet strawberry scent! Its shade isn't a very strawberry colour, but more a light pink shade.

3. Grape juice
This shade, like the strawberry tart, had a very strong scent after it had dried. Its a lovely pastel purple shade

So thats all the shades that I purchased, but there is more shades and different scents.
I know that there is Peach scent, Banana split, Apple pie and blueberry muffin. I didn't buy them all, but I am glad with the colours that I bought. They are great for the summer and are definitely a golden olde!

These can be purchased on the model owns store, Superdrug and ASOS.

Thank you for reading, let me know which one you would love to try!

    1. Thank you, they are!
and it is very interesting, sometimes the smell of nail polish can be quite overpowering, so having a scented range is really good!

  2. Pretty polishes - especially like that shade of off-white for Coconut. I've never tried a scented polish - just curious, how long does the scent last after you polish?

  3. Thank you very much!
Well I only wore the mani for about 2 days and I could still smell the scent, but I guess it depends on what else you are doing with your hands, e.g. putting it in bleach/washing up my cause the scent to go
